Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It
We will collect only the personal data that you provide, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, voluntary comments, and transactional data such as purchase information. This information will be maintained for transactional history, customer service, and future promotional events only. Comments may be used for promotional purposes without providing the full identity of the individual unless the company receives express written permission from the individual (such as quotes about a product or experiences with it). No information will be sold or provided to any other party. By purchasing items from ICUplayball, LLC, you agree to the company maintaining these personal data elements for the purposes listed above.
Contact forms
Personal data is captured when a contact form is submitted. Such data will be maintained for up to one year unless it becomes a part of a transactional history, in which case it is kept indefinitely for customer service purposes. Contact form information submitted will be used for marketing purposes only during a pre-sale period (i.e., a period of time before inventory is available when potential customers express their desire to purchase a product of the company). Otherwise, contact form information will be kept up to a year for customer service purposes but will not be used for marketing purposes unless the company receives expressed written permission to use comments submitted for promotional purposes.
